We worked together to deeply analyze where I wanted to go in my career and what my goals and objectives were based on my talents. This provided me just the clarity I needed and ultimately what would make me happy and fulfilled at work.

The Outcome

In partnership with Stacey as my coach, I learned to take the confidence I had white water rafting and apply it to speaking up and gaining confidence in my work. My first confidence-boosting move was to a better fitting lateral position aligned to my interests and values.

Eighteen months later I was promoted to a leadership position within that team, and am currently in an executive level position leading a global team of scientists.
